Buying land is a big step and offers many benefits. With your own land you can build things for yourself and to sell inworld. It's also nice to have a place to call your own and hang out with friends. Creativity is only limited by your imagination.

Here's how to buy land from the iliveisl estate:

1) Determine what you want from your investment. What do you want to do with your land?

• A place to live and have friends over? A residential island is for you.
• An inworld business? A mixed or commercial island is the choice.

Do you desire a certain sense of community?

• Look for an island that supports your ideals by it's theme.

2) Read the covenant specific to your region (sim) and it is important to note the tier fees associated with your new land.

Note: If your land came with a home and you don't like it, no problem, it's your land! Trash the house and select another style for your land! If you are on a themed sim, please select or create one that supports that theme.
