These are OpenSpace regions with only three properties on each and are ideal for private residences. In fact, they are only available for residential use.

South Pacific islands are large and open with Straylight palms and dune grass. These are 8,000 square metres with 1,006 prims.
Prim bonus is equivalent to 108% and parcels are bordered by public waterways.
