We hope you will love your new place in Second Life®.

Tier fees are displayed above the For Sale sign on the land.  If you are buying from another resident, you can check the land’s Tier Payment Cube at the Tier Centre - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Enercity%20Park/134/228/30

Land purchase price and tier fees are two separate costs and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay monthly tier fees will result in your land being reclaimed. Please make your tier payment to your land's tier cube within 24 hours of land purchase.

Do not pay the tier cube if it has someone else’s name above it. Please IM Ener Hax to correct this.

This estate is zoned and has rules for each zone, in addition to general rules.  Please read and understand them before you buy.

Failure to follow this covenant will result in your land being reclaimed.

iliveisl may update this agreement.

General –

Behavior . . . be nice, treat others the way you want to be treated. The Second Life Terms of Service are followed here. 

Visible content must be PG in nature.

Select "Allow Public Access" in your About Land Access tab (ban lines are ugly). You may ban residents with security devices but allow a 10 second delay to permit people to fly over your land.  Visual ban lines and/or graphics of any type are not allowed.

We only ban known griefers.  Please do not ask us to ban people for you.

Running many scripts will impact performance. If this becomes a concern, we will IM with you to discuss.

Please select "Restrict spatialized sound to this parcel" in your About Land Media tab.

Residential Zone –

We allow modest terraforming of 1 meter up and down.

Residential structures up to 25 meters in height are allowed.  One small flying structure (up to ~10 x 10 x 10 meters) is allowed at any height.  Additional flying structures may be built above 300 meters.

Rotating and/or flashing signs are not allowed.  Visible content must be PG; mature content must be in the privacy of your home.

Clubs and businesses are not allowed in residential areas.

Mixed Zone –

Both commercial and residential structures are allowed. You can build right up to the property edge (please don't overhang) and as tall as you like.

Visible content must be PG; mature content must be in the privacy of your home or within your business.

Typically, no terraforming is permitted.
